结算价为题面所示 UTC 日的 ETH 收盘价：Binance spot ETHUSDT daily kline close (UTC)。预测按 CRPS 评分（正态分布 N(预测值, 预测标准差)，σ 越小表示越自信）。若结算时间后 72 小时仍无法取得结算数据，该题作废，预测不计分。Settles to the ETH close of the stated UTC day: the Binance spot ETHUSDT daily kline close (UTC). Predictions are scored by CRPS against a Normal(predicted_value, predicted_std) — a tighter std is a bolder claim. If settlement data is still unavailable 72h after the resolution time, the question is cancelled and predictions are void.
